1 Our Commitment to Philippine Privacy Laws
StartrPack Management Consultancy Services (“StartrPack”, “we”, “our”) respects your privacy. We strictly follow Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and guidance from the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
This policy explains what information we collect when you use the StartrPack Interactive Studio or book packaging advisory services, why we collect it, how we safeguard it, and how you can exercise your legal rights as a data subject.
2 Information We Collect & Why We Process It
We only collect information necessary to deliver our packaging design, compliance audit, and advisory services:
A. Job Order & Label Information
Business name, registered address, contact email, phone number, FDA LTO or registration number, TIN, brand name, product name, net content, ingredients list, allergens, storage rules, and container dimensions.
Purpose: Used to run 11-point Philippine FDA AO 2014-0030 compliance checks and generate print-ready label artwork and 3D container mockups.
B. Advisory Consultation Inquiries
Your full name, company email address, brand name, product category, and project notes submitted through our booking form.
Purpose: Used by Principal Consultant Matt Rafael M. Genito and our team to schedule and prepare your direct advisory session.
3 Proprietary Recipe & Formulation Confidentiality
We recognize that your ingredient formulas, cosmetic blend ratios, and food production methods are trade secrets critical to your business success.
- We never publish, share, or disclose your confidential recipes to third parties.
- Uploaded documents and ingredients lists are processed securely and never used to train public machine-learning models.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details or business records to advertising brokers.
4 Your Rights as a Data Subject under RA 10173
As a data subject under Philippine law, you have enforceable legal rights:
1. Right to be Informed
You have the right to know how your data is collected, handled, and stored.
2. Right to Access
You may request a copy of the personal and business details we hold about you.
3. Right to Rectification
You can correct any inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information in your file.
4. Right to Erasure / Blocking
You may request that we delete or block your business records from our systems.
5. Right to Object
You may opt out of receiving advisory updates or promotional communications.
6. Right to File a Complaint
You may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if your rights are violated.
